I recently updated my graphics driver and now I can't use the switchable graphics

Thread Starter
Okay so today I installed the new 13.6 beta drivers for my computer, and suddenly I cannot use the switchable graphics. I'm not really sure why, but when I click it it redirects me to the Catalyst Control Center related to eyefinity. Below are two pictures to show you what I mean.

When I right click desktop and mouse over the specific option
After I click on the option

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I'd fix it by going back to the most recent final version. I mean, I'd never expect a Beta version for anything to be flawless. Using a Beta version for something puts you in the Tester's seat.

It's a computer!

You need to ask the laptop maker for new drivers. Switchable video is highly individual thing. I have crafted a modded version for my laptop: http://www.phpdevpad.de/index.php?id=1538 but it may not be useful for your model? However in Windows 8 you need to change some files. I have tested it with my laptop:

Install Catalyst 12.8 WHQL
Install Catalyst Application Profiles 12.8 CAP2
Browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\Application Profiles" (for x64 Windows, and remove (x86) for 32-bit Windows)
Rename "atiapfxx.blb" to "atiapfxx.blb.bak"
Make a copy of "atiapf55.blb" and rename the copy to "atiapfxx.blb"
Copy "atiapfxx.blb" to "C:\Windows\System32" and "C:\Windows\SYSWOW64" (for x64 Windows)
Reboot
Enjoy Enduro 5.5 (or not tongue.gif).
