No, it doesn't shut down, it hard freezes while gaming. I'm not sure of voltage, but I got a 2 massive watercooling loops and both cards run at 1100/1600. I also have had a single up to 1375/1880. So, we're talking highly oc'd system.Edited by hotrod717 - 6/15/13 at 8:13am
