I am planning to buy CM Hyper 212X or Hyper 212 EVO. But I want to get better cooling to get better thermal grease.

Should I get?

2. Noctua NT-H1
3. Prolimatech PK-1 (better than AS5?)
4. Arctic Silver 5
5. Arctic Cooling MX-4
6. Or cheap $4 thermal grease?

The Prolimatech PK1 works great. I use it on everything. Top notch product, really easy to work with. (Pea method)

Out of all the ones you listed PK-1 is the best, though CL Liquid Ultra is superior. Indigo Extreme has the same performance as CL Liquid Ultra, however; It's a LOT more consistent across mounts.
