AMD Athlon II x3 450 Overclocking

Hi, I was just wondering if everything is okay and if i should change something, Thank you.

Prime 95 has been running for about an hour when the screen shot was taken.

From what I cab recall it looks fairly typical of that processor. They weren't massive OCers so 3.7Ghz is decent.

Is it stable. Have you used prime95 blend to test.

If it is stable I would work on lowering the volts which will help with temps.

Yes i used blend test for 24 hours to stress test it, no problems and temperatures never passed 45 degrees

How much should i lower to voltage by at a time?

Just lower it to 1.45 and see if it boots. If not add the minimum amount until it does and then test. Keep adding the mimimum until stable. Hopefully a little less than what you currently have. Dont forget to sabve your current seetings in an OC profile in the bios though for a quick restore.
