I've tried this wallpaper on both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
In Windows 8 it looks pixelated, etc. Most wallpapers do for some reason.
Windows 7 however does not have the problem but I want to switch over to Windows 8. Is there any reason for this or any fix?

My Graphics Card is a Radeon 5770.

Open the wallpaper with Paint or Photoshop or any similar software and save the image as .png, then set it as your wallpaper. For some reason Windows 8 further compresses .jpg images when you select them as wallpapers but it doesn't seem to happen with .png images.
