Intel 4th gen data sheet posted in ARK

Seems a little more confusing in terms of recommended voltage, any thoughts?

SO they're saying that maximum safe voltage is 1.86V?
I doubt this is a 24/7 voltage.
Probably max at instance.

Then the other voltage is listed as C6/C7 with 1.65v........

Does not seem true to me at all.
Even if Intel says this i do not recommend. Nor will you ever get that high on conventional cooling.

might be Intel page but read the reviews / reports, it's not gonna happen.
chips are blowing up now but I understand that happens upon initial release.
kinda like the early batch of 3570K's that didn't clock well and the latest batch are stellar.
