Heloooooo all

So im building a new system...haven't a clue about over clocking.
Dont know the slightest about what i can and cannot do.
So..... i thought id sign up on this board and learn from the best !! (you guys are the best right?)

If you have any suggestions or can offer any advice & steps please feel free to do so

Thanks !!

Here is a list of what i have including a picture of the build so far.

Logisys Hand Crafted Acrylic Case
EVGA nForce 680i sli socket 775 Motherboard
Intel Core2Duo E6400 2.13Ghz CPU
ULTRA 550W X2 ATX SLI power supply
OCZ Dual Channel 2048MB PC8500 1066MHz DDR2 SLI-Ready Memory
Western Digital RaptorX 150GB 10K RPM SATA-150 Hard Drive
BFG GeForce 8800 GTX
Thermaltake Big Water 745 Liquid Cooling System

Now im thinking of going with some sort of chiller to cool down the liquid... i don't need to go all out like full blown Phase change...but perhaps i can just get a small 5500btu air con unit and either imerse the large rad (- the fans of course) into child liquid ( like a phase change unit ) or just pipe the cold air directly thru the large rad instead...kinda lost at this point
Any help would be great.

Im also looking for UV Gel pens...any one know where i can get them from in the Toronto/Ontario area?

Thanks muchly !!

PS: learned lots from this forum already !!

A chiller would almost be overkill on that Thermaltake system. You only have 1/4" inlet and outlets on the system. Granted you may have the line adapted to your fittings, your in/out are still 1/4". Looks nice, good work, if you want to go with a chiller anyway look at the ones for saltwater aquariums it will work better for your application, Although you will need to have an external resivior that you can put the chiller on.

edit if you have the fundage, I would go with some DangerDen stuff, More waterflow and higher quality, it will lower your temps dramatically, you may also want to lap your waterblock if you have no done so already, Thermaltake is not know for putting the best finish on their coolers.....

keep up the good work

Not sure where you bought most of your stuff from, but you can find most WC brands/stuff at either NCIX or DirectCanada.

DirectCanada is pretty much the NewEgg of Canada.

Yeah. Both CanadaComputers and TigerDirect don't have a lot of variety in their stock.
Only recently did CanadaComputers stock Silverstone FM series fans, which is when I finally got my hands on a FM121.

I hear the TigerDirect in Mississauga is bigger and has more stuff. Though I still haven't had a chance to check it out.

I drove to both the Missisisauga and the Markham location today...Markham
is the smaller of the two... i find that the showroom stock is just crammed full of no name junky crap...and that if you want anything of any quality or usefullness you have to order it online... i was disapointed in both stores.
I was only after some sort of Hard drive cooler...water or heatsink...neither store had any thing other than crappy fan sleds.

I was after fan/switch control center as well...neither had one...so i ended up getting one from BestByte in Whitby for 55 bucks...
only to tear it a part for what i needed.
