Are we sure the "Haswell Refresh" isn't a die shrink?

I had a disturbing realization, even if I had extra money I wouldn't know what to spend it on, nothing that I really need rig wise, my room is not suited to a 3xmonitor setup and the bevels would be annoying I'm sure anyway

At this point in time, I think anyone with SNB or newer has excess of CPU for most tasks, particularly for gaming with a single GPU. I've been planning on getting Z87 for the platform improvements, namely the 6 SATA III ports. However, I'm questioning if the bandwidth is enough to support 6 SATA III drives running simultaneously if it's still using DMI 2.0 which is 20Gb/s.

Ran across this article while looking up info on "Haswell refresh". May not be new info, but I think it is a little more detailed, for the most part.
