How warm do e6600 cpu's get with stock cooling?
As hot as you want

I.e. how far do you overclock it. I have an E6600 running under stock cooling at 3.0GHz, and it gets up to 60C.

It will get pretty warm especially if you overclock it. You should probably go ahead and get after market cooling.
