If quality and durability matters then M95. However it has it's problem with the sensor and I don't think it has been fixed yet.
G9X is great, a greatly comfortable mice, with a great sensor (sorry I am not a freak to say optical sensors are better), you can have two interchangeable covers, a nice weight system, two mode scroll wheel, so it's all good, but eventually you will have the double click issue with single click and it will drive you crazy! However as I can see you live in US, I don't think you will face that problem, as the humidity factor is pretty steady there.
M95 is a little heavier than G9X. Logitech has 3 years vs Corsair's 2 years. Just think about these things.

Personally I like G9X better. M95 is too heavy for my taste and the thumb buttons aren't that well laid out.

On top of that Logitech's customer service is second to none, and the rubberized grip just feels really nice.

Though I'd say depends on your grip, G9X is more aimed towards claw. While M95 is sort of for all grip style.
