GTA IV ran horribly on PS3 and 360 as well, it was a new engine, it was full of bugs and they didn't really know what they were doing due to lack of experience with the engine.
If there was something wrong with L.A. Noire, then it was a hardware problem with your PC. I know it was capped at 30 fps, but that's because the animations were filmed at 30 fps. If you somehow modded it to run at 60fps, you would mess the game up.
This is the most arrogant thing I have ever read on OCN.
I have never played a game online on PC were there wasn't someone using cheats or someone who just messed everything up for the whole team.
Maybe you are the one that didn't read what you said and I quote " They do that whole "It's not coming to PC" thing for just about every game (excluding Red Dead Redemption*) and every time the PC gamer ends up buying it for console. 3-6 months after the console releases, they announce a PC version then the PC gamers end up buying it again for PC."
What is this if not an unethical tactic and disgusting tactic? Do enlight me.
The issues GTA IV had on the PS3 and Xbox 360 were no were near the problems it has on PC, don't believe me do some research, also you probably didn't play L.A Noir on pc, the game had a serious Pop in issues, to the point were it would only load everything only 20m-40m in front of you, yeah the 30 fps was lame too but understandable and the game was quite unstable were the frame rates would go up and down like crazy, or out right crash, and I wasn't the only one having there was alot of people on gaming forums complaining about it, L.A Noir is a 2011 game how do you explain such a shoddy port....
