heres what you can do download winflash then copy the 2 files over into the extracted hp files replace the 2 files with the same name then you should be able to run the hp installer and flash it from there i havent tried this myself but let us no if it gets you any farther

The program is all in chinese or some similar language. I'll try to install one in English and try to flash it somehow.

try taking out the cmos battery and put it back in after 10 seconds

Can you be more specific: The computer completely fails to post now? Or it posts and following its attempt to boot to windows its a black screen.

If it completely fails to post you are going to have to find a friend or something to flash the chip externally.

oh gosh i should have stated that you not suppose to turn your computer off during the flash and that winflash will lock your computer so you cant do anything during the flash try pressing CTRL + Home repeatedly during boot before the black screen during and after to see if that does anything

Just wondering but how do you do that if you can't pull the chip out? Not saying that you can't pull his out but... that may be the case. Also not saying that you can't do it if it is not removable I am just wondering... not to mention he may have to end up doing that if what the guy above posted does not work.
