Same here! I just purchased an open box Asrock Extreme6 because I don't have the money to replace my failed ASUS P8Z77-V that ASUS is screwing me on and not replacing. The Asrock does not look nearly as good compared to my ASUS board, but I am finally trying to keep my eyes from spending my money. We will see if it works out for the best.

Asrock isn´t available here in DK yet as far as I can tell.. still can´t decide which motherboard.. argh!
To anyone is this thread Beatwolf is from Denmark which means we dont have RMA here if anything breaks danish law says its the shop that has to deal with any problems so even Asus is a good

I say Asus and if you buy from a local shop like computergrej then you dont have to do any talking as to why its broken its no fuzz just dump it and get a new one if its broken

I ended up getting the Gigabyte UD5H, just to try a different brand. Bought USB 3.0 case module for the Raven R02, and adapter so I can fit the Megahalems. Stuff should arrive tomorrow, so tomorrow around this time I should be ready to go! Build time yeah! Its been a few years since my last.

I´m currently running these ram, do you guys think I will have issues or a lot of performance loss, until I get myself some proper dual channel ram?

Which shop / site did you use when you ordered your motherboard?

Just a quick note, the ASUS TUF series (Sabretooth etc) have a 5 year warranty.
Here in the UK ASUS warranty experience is very different from what has been reported on these forums, maybe someone needs to ping ASUS Head office an email smile.gif

My Gryphon is great, just waiting for the right cooler now then some OCing for a 24/7 setup smile.gif

One of the best features of the z87 is the ability to have some high speed ram. Even though a lot of people are not getting very high over clocks, most all are posting 2400Mhz ish ram speeds. If it's in the budget I would look into some faster sticks.
