Just suggestions, also if you haven't bought the PSU yet, it maybe a good idea to replace it with this

And replacing your CPU with the FX-8320, then spending the difference on a heatsink so you could overclock to 4ghz could be another improvement to your build.

I was also looking at this MB:

ASRock 990FX Extreme4 Motherboard-- looks costly to me...or the one i chose is ok? I dont want my MB to Bottleneck my cpu or gpu. I'm not very fond of MBs.

I'm ready to spend few more bucks on heat sink with 8350 cpu.

Could you help me with that?

I already have the GPU and SMPS

i do have one more question, why do these MBs have PCI-Express 2.0 when our GPUs are 3.0?

Sorry, but you have a bad power supply.

EDIT: PCI Express revision 3.0 has not yet been implemented for AMD processors. It is currently only supported by Intel. Do not worry though, because the differences between 2.0 and 3.0 are infinitesimal.

XFX in General is horrible. 5 RMAs for a stupid 7950, and they still can't send a working replacement!

Thanks for clarifying about PCI E.

Not sure why this PSU is bad? Hope it would suffice for my New rig.

8320/8350 is a great chip in my experience. Also, give some consideration to some of ASUS's higher end iterations. The sabertooth 990fx and crosshair boards are excellent. Having done it before, I highly recommend not cheaping out on the mainboard, whoever you go with. Have fun!
