XSPC has a good starter kit if you dont want to pic out all of the parts. Look at xspc radiators and xspc blocks or ek blocks. I use performance-pcs.com for all of my watercoooling. they have a good selection and most of the time they have the best price on wc parts.
Agree with what he said for a first time cpu loop a xspc kit will be great such as this one:
but be warned it does not come with coolant in the default configuration but you cana add it.
Then on top of that if you want to cool your graphics card you will need a block for that depending on what card you get and then 2 extra fittings. You will still be fine with a 360mm radiator as the general rule is 120mm of rad space for each block plus an extra 120mm for head room.
You will not see any performance gains or anything by cooling your ram. Ram does not really get hot these days so it is fine without a waterblock, the only reason to do it now is for aesthetic reasons. If you do want to do it then you will need an extra 120mm of rad space.
