Bastion - A Unique and Amazing Gaming Experience!

They need to make more games like this! The art style and music score is just amazing! The narration throughout the game is also done very well! Ie: The "narrator" will explain the story while your advancing into the game. This way of story telling is perfect! If you have not picked up this game yet, I highly recommend it! I can't stop playing it! (Besides atm with me writing this) rolleyes.giftongue.gif.

Perfect review of a Perfect Game.

I believe it's one of the best games I've ever played. I only played it once though, I'm saving it for when I want to retire pc gaming (which I know it's gonna happen at some point). Then I'll play this and I'll probably think "Oh, ok, gaming still has hope..." biggrin.gif

It's one of those games that focuses on gameplay and does it extremely well. Music is something it also excels. I tried alternatives that people suggested were the same kind of gameplay (like the Ys series) but I dind't like them. I'm really looking forward to Transistor (the new game of the same developers, and it also has a fairly same gameplay).

PS: Now that I'm thinking about it, I really want to play it biggrin.gif

I loved Bastion, I didn't know about Transistor until just now. I'm just disappointed I have to wait until next year to play it mad.gif

Yup, this is a great one that's been around for a while. It's also one of those games that's rated E, but really isn't intended for the child audience; it doesn't even really throw in any comic-relief characters.
