my ASUS GTX680-DC2T-2GD5 (DCII TOP) is already fully unlocked and @ 7000 on the memory...
to be honest I'm pushing several GTX 770 outta my way on my stock BIOS..

It's pretty close to a 680 clock-for-clock, and in the comparisons I did when I got my Titan to my 680 Lightning at 1411mhz, and my 780 also when I got it, both handily blew my 1411mhz 680 Lightning out of the water, by up to 50% in some games. Would be interesting to see the numbers nonetheless though.

So has anyone else tried this? I wanna see some numbers. Hoping the 780 Lightning is the same.
That's awesome. Nice card for sure. Looking forward to more devil.gif What have temps been like?

with cpu and gpu in loop with pump speed on 1/5 and 1.33v on the gpu 56c

Nice. I benched all the time on air with my 680 Lightning at 1.42v, right around 1480mhz, many others did well beyond that with better cooling. And no one's suffered or died from pushing it. So it seems like GK104 can take the extra voltage pretty well.

to be honest if I found out I might blow the card as I use ASUS GPU Tweak and it gives me full control.
I have yet the need to turn it all the way up.

found another slightly used one for $380 if I want to SLi but I already have and SLi unit.
I could sell one and then SLi the DC II TOP's and then upgrade the single GPU left out.

lots to think about.

Yeah I seen some, DJramses comes to mind, with his awesome "balcony mod" as he likes to call it. Has his rad running from the balcony of his apartment, buried in snow. Anyways, he was pushing close to 1.6v I believe it was, on a regular basis, at....I think near 1600mhz or more. And his card is still fine to this day as far as I know.

Yeah a lot of us ended up pushing the 680's pretty far. None of them degraded or anything like that. I mean, it was only for about 9 or 10 months. But still...you'd think that would be long enough to see someone's die from them being so sensitive to overvoltage like Nvidia seems to think. But none did. Long-term...longer than that time period I had mine...hard to say. But it definitely won't just explode the second you put 1.4v on it smile.gif
