I wouldnt touch nvidia right now. Tegra has had practically no adoption this year, their revision (which was to add LTE) is 30% less powerful then the original. It still burns through battery like no other. So in my eyes the tegra side is going to lose them money, hence why they are now cannibalizing Tegra by trying to licensing the tech.
Without Tegra, Nvidia just has its dedicated GPUs, which may be loved by a lot of hardcore gamers, but the future for the majority of people is APUs/IGP.Plus they are branching out to... android video game consoles? Sorry, but that product launch isnt going anywhere.
