Ram for Haswell?

First. do i need any special ram? any special intel profile thingy? (ive never had a intel rig so im blank ..)

So im building a haswell itx rig, and i cant decide if i should spend alot on ram or not? ive seen that it doesnt matter so much for earlier generations but i heard that it was different for haswell? anybody tested this ? and any advice?

My rig is going to be

Bitfenix Prodigy
4670k Or 4770k
Asrock Z87e-itx
Zotac 660 (From old rig)
Psu (from old rig)

The ram ive looked at are those

Crucial Ballistix Tactical 2x4gb
1600mhz
8-8-8-24
1.35v
These seem good and overclockable

Corsair Dominator Platinum
8GB DDR3 2133MHz (2x4)
CL9 ( 9-9-9-24 )
1.5v
These seem alright too?

And this last one im not such a big fan of cuz it has high voltage. but ill list it anyway

Corsair Dominator Platinum
8 GB : 2 x 4 GB
2400 MHz ( PC3-19200 )
CL10 ( 10-12-12-31 )
1.65v

So what would be best?

For me the Crucial is 100 USD and both the Corsair is 180USD (each kit)

You want Samsung based RAM for Haswell ,I would try this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313234
http://www.overclock.net/t/1345406/benching-memory-sale

EDIT; I wouldn't worry about RAM temps ,you can run this kit 2400 (1.65v-same timings or CL10-12-12-31 with no fan )

Btw what is XMP? what do these profiles do exactly? any benefit other than ease to the setup?
2400 is standard now days and better investment in the long run ,double sided Samsung base modules is were it's at for now -they just wicked IC and capable of 100% OC

XMP=Extreme Memory Profile=preset,2400c9 is awesome bin and should do 2666c9~2800c10
