the price would be 979.16 is i drop to the 450watt. my only issue is will the PSU still be good from the 8000 series when they come out. dont wan to screw myself

You could easily run a i5 4670 and 7950 off a descent 450w PSU.

I just sold my 3770k + 7950 combo and I ran that off this 500w PSU:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703035

Which to be honest is a pretty descent little PSU for the money, I got it on sale for $65 shipped from newegg about 7-8 months ago, I see it's currenty back up to $84 though.  I even ran a GTX 680, and 7970 with the 3770k with the PSU with no problem.  Well, not all the GPUs at once, those are the different GPUs I used in that system with that 500w PSU, and never had an issue, even OC'ing them slightly, which I know you don't intend to do.

Unless AMD decides to shoot themselves in the leg and go with over 300W TPD on their upcoming GPU architecture, then yeah, you will be absolutely fine. You got plenty of headroom with the 450W.

I'm rocking a 7950 overvolted/OC'd and a 3770k overvolted/OC'd off of a 500W PSU, so it's pretty safe to say that you won't run into any problems with a quality 450W.

Just a heads up @ OP, you can technically get the Bitfenix Shinobi w/ Window for $19.99 at Tiger Direct: Source. That is, if you are willing to do MiRs. If you do have their frequent shoping program thingy that gives you free shipping, then it'll be a cool $19.99 after rebate, otherwise you'll probably look at the total coming to around $30-35. Its still one of the best deals you can find and a slightly better case than the Source 210.

if i choose not to get the source 210 it will be 931.59 i am willing to pay 1000 total on the complete setup so I am going to look for a new case as we speak. that leaves me $69.00 for a better case.

im not willing to do Tiger direct as this is newegg credit i am using

Final list and from here im just going to order it. Thanks everyone for the help +rep to all. I changed the SSD to a Plextor. Im buying the sound card for my Klipsch Pro Media 2.1s that I already own.

Rosewill Capstone 450w

Team Vulcan 8GB 1.5v 2x4 (1600)

Gigabyte GA-Z78M-D3H 1.0 Micro ATX

Hyper 212 plus

Plextor MP5 PX-128 pro

Powercolor AX7950 BoostState

i5-4670

iHAS124-04 Burner

Asus Xonar DG-5.1

$946.51

still unsure about the case. the NZXT source 210 front panel looks a bit restrictive on air flow. I am liking this case alot tho

As for you guys bashing TR2 PSUs..They really are pretty good.
I've been running one for 3 years now..and I abuse it often.
It provides cleaner power than the GS800 I had.

the only reason i chose the Capstone was because it said Haswell ready. I was not sure if all other PSUs were Haswell ready or not.

I used to own that rosewill green series. did well in my book

I chose this case i really like it
