Nexus 10 here. Bought mine maybe a month ago. Cant believe the display is 2560x1600 for a 10inch screen. Bluray looks incredible on it.

Not really..... with jailbreaking you can only do so much. Whereas, for Android devices you can literally remove the ROM and replace it with a new ROM that looks absolutely nothing like Android or add additional features.

I'd definitely go with the Nexus 10. Nexus devices tend to have a longer life span due to the Nexus branding and tha tits maintained by Google. Do note that Android 4.3 and 5.0 are around the corner. Guess whos getting it first? Nexus devices wink.gif

end of the story is that you'll have driver incompatibility that may cause broken sensors, auto rotate, whatever the reason may be whereas nexus devices are good to go day one due to all the binaries being available and making it a breeze for devs to make roms / kernels.

cigar.gif 2560 x 1600?
There must be some type of gimmick here. If no then No other tablet stands a chance.

Absolutely recommend the Google (Samsung) Nexus 10. I've had one for about two months and it's pretty fantastic. If I had any single complaint, it would be that it takes 7-8 hours to recharge that huge 9000 mAH battery. The tablet can exceed the charge rate while playing hardcore games, so be sure you keep it charged up when you think you might have a need for it.

Android enthusiast here.

Nexus 10 is a fantastic device. Loads of stable ROMs available from groups like CM and PA.

Keep in mind this tab runs a 1600p screen - nothing else comes all that close (excluding the iPad).

I'll be the voice in the wilderness and say iPad 4.

I love mine and it has everything you want. While the android tabs look interesting, if they are anything like the phones, you never know which ones will ever get updated to the latest OS releases.

Before you all flame me, I use an Android 4.1 phone so no bias here, I just think the iPad is the better investment right now.......

2,048 by 1,536 is pretty close if you ask me. Though I will admit the wide aspect is nice for video and browsing on a 10" screen.
