I'd return both PSU is overkill and there is no reason to build Ivy instead of Haswell (and if you do build Ivy that mobo is just a rip-off anyway).

Overkill for the build but reduced to 79.99 with a $20 MIR so totalling 59.99 (that's $40 cheaper than the 650 version I linked originally)

Also he chooses a case dedicated to air cooling HAF = High Air Flow me reading like a retard you mean he has one already
There is nothing wrong with Ivybridge other than Haswell has replaced it and costs only a fraction more. When urging him to buy ivybridge don't forget to tell him that socket 1155 is now dead so there are no upgrades for that motherboard in future, where as Haswell on the new socket 1150 has a future (and costs only marginally more).

Unfortunately I just looked up the return eligibility on the Z77 and it is non-refundable, so looks like I'll be getting a 1155 socket regardless. I know the 1155 is dead, but since I can't return the Z77 along with the fact that with this build, I'm trying to make last as long as I can (with no upgrades). So the fact that it's dead doesn't really bother me. I know it is only a little bit more, but I'm a broke college student trying to save money anywhere I can with your guys' help in making a proper build.

Yeah! I'll be returning the PSU for sure!!! Got the RMA Number and what not all ready to go, so I'll be shipping it right back when it gets here.

toss an i5 3570k in to it then its all you need gaming the 3770k is just extra cost for little gain.

Thank you all very much for your input and advice! I have definitely learned a lot about "Build Planning" for any future builds I may create when I get a real damn job! So, in the that respect, again thank you! After consideration this is the build I have decided to go with:

Mother Board: Asus Sabertooth Z77 1155 *
CPU: Intel Core i-5 3570k 3.4 (3.8 turbo)
Video Card: EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 770
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB
PSU: SeaSonic M12II 750W
Hard Drives Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache AND Kingston HyperX 3k 120g SSD
Cooling Corsair Hydro Series H100

*Sticking with this mobo as I am unable to return for a refund. So the build kind of hinges around that!!

Looks good to me, except for the PSU. Keep it if you plan to SLI in the future. If not, bring it down to a quality 500W PSU. If you want to shave a couple of bucks, just get the EVGA GTX 770 (blower or ACX cooler) and manually OC.

Yeah, and I'll get 160+ bucks back from the RMA on the PSU, so I should be right around a total spending of 1,1xx bucks! I may look for a smaller wattage PSU, but try to get fully modular rather than semi.
