I Bet people are going to complain regarding weapons, scopes, destruction and dice will overhaul the game. E.g irnv scope in bf 3 has become crap

I'd rather have 6 man squads...just from how well they seemed to work in BF2. When you had squad orders, and voice chat, 6 members could work together much better than just 4. With smaller maps for fewer players, larger squads might be less ideal, but they should at least have the number of players in the squad match the number of kits there are.

Only reason I assumed 6 in the squad was because I counted 5 names below the player we were following...didn't think it made any sense for his name to be displayed in that list, just useless info to have, of course you're in the squad!

I was pretty much set on not buying BF4. But it looks like dice has finally pulled their heads out of EA's rump and built the game BF3 was suppose to be. Will be watching this closely.

The game looks great but I wasn't impressed by the map, the majority of those buildings look indestructible or you can't get in them.

I was really hoping for realistic building layouts... the buildings in metro (outside) and siene crossing are a joke, I mean really; have you seen a real building one single horse-shoe shaped room that wraps around the outside of a building? I haven't.

with how they have been bragging about using 80% of the frostbite engine they should be able to make more intricate building and map layouts.

I'm wondering about how the Commander role works on a tablet. Would this mean you'd join the server in that role, or the tablet is connected to your current game state. Also I hope their implementation of VoIP a) exists (ahem BF3) and b) is better than BF2 (which had turd voice comm). Best games of BF2 when I played commander were definitely the ones were at least one person in every squad has a mic and I could actually deploy assets as needed.

That destruction is sick, and it would be an instant purchase if it isn't limited to just that one building/scripted (ala Caspian Border, and a control point being eliminated entirely, how about THAT!)

Patiently waiting to see more.

Game will probably still be crippled by supernovas, suppression, 3D icons that never go away and other bad decisions but this one actually looks a lot closer to what we expected from BF3 which is good and might be really enjoyable to play, might. Guess we will have to wait and see.

Glad they finally changed the player models though, put in counters for knifing, C4 returned to recon, new weapon attachments, revamped the squad abilities and made them in-game rewards for squad based points/score, increased squad count, obviously commander, revamped the UI and minimised the HUD clutter. At least so far those are the improvements/changes I've seen.
