When i start doing the benchmarks the ring ang background shakes like a shutter and my fps goes from a 56-65. Its a radeon 7950 sapphire vapor x and i have it overclocked to 1075 core and 1425 memory. I would like to get my benchmarks to run correctly, games like crysis 3 and skyrim rum smooth? HELP??

It means your oc is unstable. Also do not use furmark as it places way too much stress and can be bad. Google and download evga oc scanner. That is better and less stressful. It will actually detect artifacts so you don't have to watch then screen.
