Never seen that error in any of my logs. I'd restart your client first, see if that helps. I'll research around see if I can find anything. Wish I knew more about windows/AMD client setup.

Rebooted the pc

result

-F@H started with only the gpu running currently using 56% of gpu power, and I have lost the unit I was working on.
-Added cpu again, started folding but only on 3 cores.

Should I manually set cpu to 4 (its a i5 3570k)

Wow I'm not to sure on that, it looks like the work server it is trying to connect might be down or the client can't get through your firewall, but I'm not really sure maybe someone with more experience might need to help you out on that. You might have to run smp3 so your gpu has a core for itself, but again I'm not 100% sure about that. Are you on the latest drivers? Sorry if you've mentioned that already.

You might be better off running the beta core 17's. I think you should be able to run them with that gpu. Here's the link for it. It brought my gpu usage up to 98%, and I get 4 Times the ppd. Look over the thread, I think someone has run the 7770 but I'm not 100%.

It's pretty easy, even for us noobs, haha. All you have to do is click on configure in the advance control window, then click on slots, then click on your gpu slot and click edit in the bottom right hand corner of the window. When the new window comes up look at the bottom of the window and where it says extra core arguments click add. Once the little window pops up put "client-type" in for the name, minus the quotes. Then put "beta" in below that and click save. Once your gpu finishes the wu it's on then it should download a core 17 and be good to go. Here is a ! If you have any question just fire away.thumb.gif
