Not really. The first real 'radar' system used was by the UK in early 1943, and by march 1944, the Germans had a 'stealth' capable bomber in flight (although only 2 were made - and they were early prototypes):http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horten_Ho_229
44 YEARS later the US finally showed it's stealth bomber, the B2. It's wasn't really that surprising. The technology existed, and had existed for a very long period of time. It just wasn't very well known, as the only plane that looked similar, and had similar properties was a German prototype from the end of the war.
This claim is just..... crazy. Even when factoring in (like I showed) completely unrealistic technology.
