is there any way to view the changes in realtime?

ok i posted screenshots so you guys will understand what im asking about.

If I go to change livery or wheels, I can only see the front of my car.
When I select the next design, I can see it applied but with only a front view of the car.
Now is there a way to see the changes in real time in a different view? preferably from the top.

I can press F2 to view but it will load a sort of playback where you need to wait while it shows different angles of the car.
Its a waste of time to try a livery then press F2, then go back and try a different one.
