by the way, the performance(in everything) would be huge different or minor ?

The i5-4570 will be more than sufficient for daily use. I myself am planning to build a new rig in the near future with that very same chip. The motherboard you've selected is a good one as well.

The only times you'd miss the extra 500-800 MHz from an overclocked i5-4670K is when doing something like encoding a large video file or playing a game that is CPU-dependent (which is in the minority as compared to the number of GPU-dependent games).

the i5 4570 and i5 4670K, the price is different about RM100(msia), and i have limited budget, i might save up some cash to change my gpu(waiting for HD8000 series) as well as my 5-6 years old hdd smile.gif

That sounds like a sensible course of action.

I don't know CPU coolers. Even so, I recommend trying Intel's stock cooler to see how it goes because it might be just fine since you're not overclocking.

Intel intentionally left the exterior dimensions the same for the sake of CPU coolers. That means all the coolers that worked on Socket 1155 (Sandy/Ivy Bridge) will work on Socket 1150 (Haswell).
