Thank you

Sure you can, but I don't think you case fans are optimized with high static pressure, because you radiator need that. What case you got?

No the fan provided with the c70 are designed for airflow eg they are bad for use with a rad. (they are also bad at what they do but that's something else) I still use them behind hdd cages but I replaced the back exhaust and added front top and bottom fans.

The case fans in your case are most likely made for airflow, which means they dont push much air trough a restrictive radiator. You CAN use them but they wont be effective.

in simple words i can but the performance will drop, correct?.

any high performance fans you guys can suggest for a H70 and as for price and performance i seen in reviews H70 was the closest to my requirement correct me if im wrong.

And yes i know air cooled was even better than water cooled watched the vids on the tube but for a few extra C's or F's id rather have watercooled than having a weight hanging off my mobo.

and also any idea as to how id mount a fan on top of a Cool Master Storm Scout as the spot is beveled. and what direction should the fan face as i already have a stock fan on the inside of the case inner top blowing air out.

correct, the perf will drop.

For the fan, I'd recommend corsair SP120 performance edition. It delivers a realy good pressure and is customisable. But I know that some noctuas can deliver more although I don't use any noctua fans they are a viable option.

and i need 2 fans correct for the front and back of the radiator and i know the back fan should be pushing out air and should the front be pulling in air to the radiator

Yes.
I would suggest Scythe gentle typhoons (ap-12 for silence or ap-15 for performance), Corsair SP120 silent editions or if you want to go all out, Noctua ones. I personally have experience of all of those and i really like the GTs for their price to performance ratio, they are a bit quieter than the SP120 but much cheaper than Noctuas. but the corsairs look the best imo. I highly recommend changing the fans as the corsair stock ones make you deaf or insane, depending on which one comes first.

The fan placement depends on the placement of other fans, please provide more info on this smile.gif

You also dont NEED two fans, but the second one drop the temps maybe 5-6C

we are talking less than that. Maybe 2-3C
