MSI 7950 TF3 BE V2 or Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X?

Which of the two is better overall i.e cooling, noise, overclocking, crossfire and is it true that the MSI has had a new batch released to fix overheating problems and a new batch for the Sapphire has also been released which has 2x 8pin power and better VRM cooling?

the best HD 7950 card is the HIS HD 7950 Iceq x2 boost. built on a reference HD 7970 PCB. more power phases than reference HD 7950. better stability and lower temps with extreme overclocks. unlocked voltage. excellent cooler. card measures 311 mm long. so check if you can fit it in your case.

I like them both, i have both. They both clock about the same and are around the same temp in xfire. I would just go with sapphire for the warranty.
