I'm just wondering what sort of time frame is normal for a normal XFX RMA request. I mailed my card out on the 23rd of May. It was received on the 30th to their HQ in California. I haven't gotten a response in over 5 days. I'm not sure what to do now. It was a 5750 egg cooler.

Hello according to your tracking number when was it received here? It isn't showing in our system as having arrived yet.
XFX is not one of thee worst companies to deal with regardless if it's RMA or just a warranty issue. Call them, last RMA I had with XFX was 1 year ago and it took 2 weeks for delivery (start counting the days once they have received the damaged GPU).
They used to have lifetime warranty but since many users abused that idea they were forced to ditch it, same as BFG back in the day..
I came home from work to find a package sitting at my door. In a heavily taped up xfx box, so much in fact i had to cut the box open with scissors was a refurbed 5750. It has a newer style egg cooler. There was a LOAD of dust all over the board of this thing. The heatsink looked brand new though. It was disgusting. Right in there RMA return policy is clean the GPU before returning or else it would be processed.
