Looking to mod a side fan on a Lian Li PC-A70F case. Need suggetions.

This is a great case, its light, and its aluminum. My only issue with it was the lack of a side fan, and I think including one would lower the temps inside the case. I believe this is generally used as a water-cooling case by most people, seeing as there are better air cooling cases for the money.

I've never modded a case before, but I'm pretty handy with tools. I was thinking a dremel tool would be the best bet to use. But I need some suggestions on which type of fan I should use, and also which kind of mount, and or method I should use to mount the fan in the case. I want this too look clean and professional when its done and not a sloppy hack job. Basically I'd like whatever mount I use to cover up the cut marks.

4.5 in hole saw that you put on a power drill makes a perfect hole for 120mm fan... Personally I would go with something like this...

...if you are looking to pull more air into the case. This way you don't have to run the risk of messing up your side panel.
