Vertical lines on VGA, but not HDM.

Its not the monitor or the cable and it seems weird for it to be vertical lines alternating like that seemingly evenly spaced?

Why are you using vga anyway?

Cause VGA has limited bandwidth, HDMI can transmit better quality.

Laptop, monitor doesn't have HDMI.

Nothing to do with bandwidth.... Shows up at 1024x768, isn't showing up in side black bars. It does however show up in black backgrounds, but doesn't show up in pure white things.

Which all of course is why I'm thinking it maybe something driver related. I updated to the latest Intel HD drivers...
