How can you stand the PS3s browser? Last time I properly used it, it made IE6 look amazing and crashed on Facebook among other sites. Granted, that was a while ago as I have a fast enough phone and a laptop for lounge room internet now.

Sony ALREADY beat the 360 with the PS3
look at the global sales, since the first month of this year the PS3 is above the 360
even with the 1 year advantage of the 360
and dont come with the "but but the PS2 had a huge install base" because the casuals went with the Wii...and now they are "mobile gamers"
Because Sony lost a lot of marketshare compared to the PS2.

The 360 only won because of people buying multiple due to failed consoles. (33% failure rate iirc.)
There's just as much proof for that as there is for yours...You're basing it off of the amount of games sold per console which is logical speculation but speculation nonetheless; honestly I'd say the reason for it having less games sold per console is because a lot of PS3 owners either had a gaming PC or a 360 already and got the PS3 to play exclusives that they'd otherwise have missed out on, or were buying a current gen console 5-6 years into this generation because by then the PS3 looked much more attractive than the 360 if you were starting fresh for a typical gaming consumer who would know that a lot of 360s failed but not know that MS has fixed the problem. (For reference, I'm going off anecdotal evidence both in my experiences and based off of what I've read...A lot of early sales were due to BluRay but once the price came down a lot
of people got one for LittleBigPlanet, God of War, Uncharted, Infamous, etc. Out of all my friends, not one uses the PS3 as a BR player...4/6 of them use it as their main console and bought late in the generation to upgrade from PS2 and the other 2 got it because they bought it during a sale and wanted to play the exclusives for both consoles)

It's completely idiotic either way...I know plenty of people who wanted a Zune but couldn't get one because they didn't live in the US and firmly believe that if MS had launched world wide, they'd have made a decent foothold.
