How does this look before I purchase?

Alright. I'm about to purchase (for the first time ever) a water cooling system. The pic below is the cart from PPCs for a grand total of $325 (includes shipping and father's day 8% discount). My only concern is weather or not the H220 rad and the Alphacool XT45 120.1 rad will be enough to cool my cpu (i5-2500k) and my gpu (gtx 480). I plan on push/pull with the H220 and a pull configuration on the XT45. Will having both of these rads be enough for around 400 watts with a DT less than or equal to 10C? Is there anything that you would switch out or does it look good?

What case do you have? With 360 worth of radiator space your within the range of what people recommend. General rule is 120mm-240mm of rad space per block. Ive seen 40-45C GPU load temps on a 470 SLI setup on a single 360mm rad. Not saying all radiators are equal but its close. The H220 is an awesome way to build a cost effective loop. Try adding this coupon to your order OCN55. Should get you another 5.5% off for OCN members.

You might want to checkout these heatsinks they are the ones that I use for my card with my universal GPU block. Look at a picture of the bare PCB of your card to get and amount and size you need. They hold really well and are simple to apply.

I have a HAF 912. I was going to externally mount the H220 on top and internally mount the 120 on the back of the case. I already have heatsinks for my gpu from my accelero xtreme cooler. So I can combine coupon codes at PPCs?

The radiator setup you want seems the best you can do without modifying the front of the case. Idk for sure if you can combine codes but you can try, just letting you have that code so you can use it now or save it for an order another day. One suggestion I would make about the externally mounted 240 on top because I have an externally mounted top rad is to just try it with a push configuration pushing out before you put the top fans on, because it might not seem like all that stuff on top will bother you now but it might bother you when its actually done. Just a suggestion to maybe save some money on fans, nothings going to explode if you decide you want two more fans when its done and you have to wait a week for delivery.

Spend $50-$250, get 6% off: "FATHER13-6"

Spend over $250, get 8% off: "FATHER13-8"

Those codes are only good at PPCs
