Out of the two I would go for the Model S because the font on the Razer is bothersome, and I'm more of a fan of Das products.

I would say Das would have better overall quality. From my experience with Razer, they do not always push quality products.

You might also check out the Cooler Master CM Storm line of keyboards. I've got the QuickFire Stealth, and I've been really happy with it. Quality is top-notch.

The Razer is alright but not as nice as most similarly priced keyboards. I'd get the Das, or buy a CM Storm board, the quickfire rapids are awesome if you don't mind tenkeyless.

I'll put in a vote on the QuickFire. There might still be one sitting in the marketplace with MX Blues. The guy decided he'd rather MX Browns like my QuickFire. Here's the link to the classified if you were interested. http://www.overclock.net/t/1399246/for-sale-lightly-used-cm-quick-fire-rapid-tkl-blues
