Most people will never notice the 700D's lag unless they directly compare it to a high hz crt or another low lag 120-144hz model.

i have just found out what monitor i have it is the Acer G246HLBBID 24 Inch LED. as you can see both of them are an upgrade

I have the Samsung S23A950 and personally I prefer the better image quality over a few ms of input lag.

Also the Samsung 120Hz monitor series only have about 12-13ms of input lag which is not noticeable in people's eyes.
