pics of a FrozenQ res after 3 years - Page 2

in all honestly I'm shocked, but every company grows and fixes issues, there is no way ALEX can predict every type of behavior or type of materials 3 years away. he has upgraded a ton and really has learned from his mistakes.

I truly think you need to not be so harsh, computer parts break, fittings leak and there are always a few bad batches. Alex has worked hard on fixing the issues, and has always been great service rep (from my experience) I love my frozenQ and I've never had any issues with it (its pretty new) but I think you just need to know products collapse and some are defective, but never say never because you are right about one thing... they are the best looking res out there!!!

I wish you the best of luck in the future.

Based on the pattern of cracking, I think most likely the dominant cause was thermal expansion/contraction over many cycles as your loop got up to temps then cooled down when you turned it off. Although other stress factors could have also contributed to bring the material closer to the breaking point.
