Installed new SSD into system with a 1tb HDD and now I am showing 3 Drives??????

Hi, I wanted to find out what this is about? I just installed a SSD into my system as my main Drive and my 1 TB HDD is now my secondary. But Windows is showing a C, E, and F as my Drives? whats that about?

If you open up Disk Management (Run->diskmgmt.msc) you can see to which drive that partition belongs.

On a default Windows install it will reserve a 100 MB partition for recovery.

DO i need to hold onto it or can I get ready of it? which is the best way to handle it?
