Removing Swiftech CPU bracket adhesive?

Thread Starter
My Apogee Drive 2 with a 1366 socket uses four foam rectangles to hold it onto the back of the motherboard. A friend is purchasing my X58 board and I need to remove the bracket and I want to do so without damaging the board.
