Need advice/ help on stable OC

Thread Starter
So I've recently upgraded from a stock cooler and heat sink to the Hyper 212 EVO. At stock settings I have idle temps of around mid to high 30s and on full load stress testing using prime95 i get around high 60s.
I have currently pushed the chip to 4.3 and actually undervolted by an offset of -0.025. I was able to get this only by having LLC on Extreme (level 5). In the end my core voltage during full load is 1.130 is this normal?
At this OC my temps go to around mid 70s during full load. Is this stable and safe for the chip?
Any advice on how i should proceed? also even though this 4.3 ghz OC its stable during prime95 tests for hours, my computer still sometimes crashes during gaming sessions...?

Welcome to the forum.

You need to help us by telling more details about your system

What is your

  • Memory
  • Motherboard

A Step-by-Step Guide to Rigbuilder

With a negative offset -0,025v, you are not undervolting.

You substract 0,025v from the VID (Voltage Identification). That is why you get 1.13v at load (Your vid is probably 1.13v + 0.025v = 1.155v.

The Level 5 (Extreme) Load line calibration will help you to have lower voltage drop of vcore under full load.
