Samsung 830 Series Freezing, Help!

Alright guys so I posted a thread a little while back on my Samsung 830 series 128gb SSD freezing at random times. It has happened while I'm in a game, on YouTube, Facebook or even while I'm just sitting here doing nothing. I'm pretty sure it has to do either with my SSD itself or the motherboard. I am currently running Intel Rapid Storage Technology 12.5.0.1066, which I downloaded from the Intel website. I have an MSI MPOWER Z77 motherboard and have used the RST from the webiste but the problem still exists. I have run a series of tests to check the health of my SSD and every one I have done has come back as fine. I used Sean's Guide to install Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and used most of the optimizations suggested. When my SSD freezes it is a hard freeze, where I can't even use ctrl+alt+del to get to the task manager and I am forced to do a hard shut down. I have been told it could be a couple of things, the SSD isn't working properly, my BIOS is corrupt, the SATA port driver is corrupt or even my CPU could be causing it. When it freezes my CPU, which is an Ivy Bridge i7 3770k, stays under 50 degrees Celsius, so I don't think that could be the cause of it. All my hardware is under warranty I just don't know if I should send the mobo or the SSD in for repair or if it's an easy fix. I'm going to attach some screenshots of specs of my system to help with the problem. Freeze ups are usually memory related unlike crashes/BSODs which can be anything.

Check your memory timings/voltages.

You could also look at event viewer to see if there are any hints there as to what's happening.

I didn't even think about my memory. I got cheap ram when I purchased my mobo and have been using it ever since then. Ill have to see what it's running at. Later today ill check my event viewer to see if anything sticks out

Alright so I changed out the memory and thought it fixed it but it just happened twice today. I have a reason to believe that it's the motherboard but still don't know what else could cause the freeze. I looked into event viewer and nothing really stuck out. Just every time I do a hard shut down it gives me a critical error, but other than that everything else looks harmless
