Until the console is release and this is implemented, no solid answer, but ideally the publishers/devs want individual sales. If I shared the game with 10 other people isn't that lost sales? How is that different than lending a disc to 10 people? Or sharing my steam account with 10 people, itunes/ipod with 10 people, etc.

Seems that there is still some questions regarding how this is really going to go down and what the real benefits (gamers & publishers/devs) are.
