Looking for decent General Windows Troubleshooting/Diagnostics Software Suite, but not...

Thread Starter
I'm looking for a decent General Windows Troubleshooting/Diagnostics Software Suite...

... but none of that garbage registry cleaner... system optimizer... PC tune-up CRAP.

I'm not looking for miracle software, but just a decent reliable software suite with legitimate FUNCTIONAL utilities for diagnostic and troubleshooting of windows systems and minor hardware diagnostics (disk checks, memory test)... no "Optimization" functions *eyeroll* necessary ... besides minor correction/fix commands for small errors...

I can repair most errors and navigate the registry on my own.. I'm just looking for (I hesitate to say it) a 'shortcut' in the diagnosis process for other users for whom I do routine maintenance.

I've heard Sandra 2013 is decent, but can anyone else think of any other, possibly better or equally useful software suites?

For speeding up slow systems I've used CCleaner portable a lot at work and it seems work pretty good. For hard drive that might have bed sectors SpinRite is my old fall back (thought it's on the expensive side). Not sure about the hardware diagnostics beyond what the OEM might provide.
