How far could I push my 4400+?

Hey guys I was wondering how far I can push my AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+ Toledo CPU . I got it up to 2.8GHz on a Big Typhoon but my hard drives were messed up and Windows won't boot. I took apart the beast today, cleaned out it's fins and orange fan, then reapplied AC5. It's been 18 months since I've touched my CPU so I felt like it needed to be cleaned and renewed, let's say.
I currently have my HSF on my 4400+ so that the Arctic Silver 5 can bond since I heard it takes more than a week - 200 hours. Anyway, back to the point, how far can I push my 4400+? I got 2.8GHz yesterday, 255x11 with a 1:1 ratio with my DDR 400 (I found out my ram was DDR 400 not 600) 2-4-4-10 Ram. I also, finally, got drivers for my GPU so I'm going to overclock that 50-200MHz, as far as it will go while staying cool. So, do you think 3.0GHz is attainable, if so, what would be the best way to reach it? 273FSB with 11 Multiplier is 3003MHz and if I overclock my ram to 546 I will have a 1:1 ratio. Lastly, 2-4-4-10 was the only reachable timings for me even with maximum voltage. I tried 3-3-3-8, 4-4-4-8, and 3-3-3-9, but nothing worked. I think I'll try better timings today or tomorrow.

Oh, and, I ordered my Antec P180B and four 33.5CFM fans so that'll keep the temps lower, compared to my ASUS Vento, with horrible airflow and lots of dust.

I boot @ 2.8 too and run some benchies.I really never try to maked stable.I know is stable @ 2.7 and using 166 divider no problem's.No all the chip's and system's work the same way.If you can go that high is good.Have fun.

Thanks, do you think 2.95GHz or 3.03GHz is reachable stable with high voltages?

1st you would need better ram like ddr500 or pc 4400.Then play with it.With ddr 3200 maybe not.I never try for that high yet.

I just pulled out a ram stick, this is what the sticker says:
OCZ Technology
PC 4800
512MB EL DDR
Platinum Ltd. Edition
2.5-4-4-10

I have the timings running at 2-4-4-10 though.

EDIT - It's DDR600 Ram, just read a review and typed in it's cerial number:
OCZ600512ELPE
OCZ - Company
600 - Speed
512 - Size
EL - Enchanced Latency
PE - Platinum Edition

I have a 4200+ toledo core and some no name pc3200 running at 3.1ghz stable so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to hit 3.03.
