Crossover Black Tune 2735AMG/2755AMG/2763AMG & ACHIEVA Shimian QH2700 Lite Edge-CLUB - Page 60

Thread Starter
My guess is go with the improved colour and lower power consumption AH-IPS.

I think we've all seen that list but the query was not about the differences but rather if anyone knows when the Crossover 2735AMG changed from using an H-IPS screen to an AH-IPS screen?

Where can this logic board to buy?

Can someone share calibrated color profile for 2763AMG ?
Also how can I find driver for 2763AMG or is it unnecessary ?
Thanks

Alright guys, help needed. I've started searching but haven't found anything yet. I'm pretty sure my monitor died. I have a 2735AMG that randomly flickered black yesterday. I thought it was something stupid with my GPU so I restarted my computer and cycle the monitor's power. It was working fine for another 30 minutes before going black again. It seems my GPU is 100% fine and the monitor is dead. I'll be verifying that later today, but I'm pretty sure it's shot. Anyway, is there anything I can do about it? Are there known issues causing this?

First Question. When it flickers to black, is there still power i.e. is the power light on the front blue or red or not lit?

The status LED is still "on". I also think "flickering" was the wrong word. It just went straight to black. It came back "up" once, then died again (Straight to black) and hasn't recovered since. I'm about to try my GPU on a TV (although it's HDMI) as well as my wife's rig on that monitor via DVI...I'm just unconvinced.

So, when my monitor was new(I Have the same) my board had an issue that would send the monitor to sleep randomly. More and more frequently until it stayed asleep forever. The ebay vendor sent me a replacement pcb free of charge. After swapping them out i haven't had the issue since. I could tell the monitor was simple in sleep mode because the LED was red not blue. It may be easiest for them to send you a replacement PCB than for you to pay for RMA etc. But thats all up to you.

That's actually a good point, the status LED is red not blue....so it's definitely in sleep mode. Unfortunately, I purchased the monitor like May 2014....so it's been almost 2 years and I doubt the eBay seller will honor anything. I guess I'll have to ask what has been asked a couple times already: Any ideas where to get a replacement board for this monitor??

Awesome, thanks! I'm glad that it fixed your issues. I was reading back through this thread and saw where you had a similar issue to mine (like you mentioned above) and that you were getting a new board. Was the board swap painful? Those little ribbon connectors terrify me a bit.

I contacted AccessoriesWhole and they said they were sourcing me a board but my monitor was out of warranty and therefore I'd have to pay for it. We'll see what the cost is and I'll update when I get one. I messaged them via eBay, they responded asking for pictures to an e-mail they provided. I disassembled the monitor and sent them like 8 pictures (probably overkill), and they responded that they would get back to me when they had a price confirmed. Hopefully it'll be cheap and painless.
