Yeah, I did. They offered me advice on how to fix it, which is basically disassemble and reassemble it. Went about doing that, and discovered a large amount of missing screws (a good 3 or 4), which I'm sure contributed to the problem, and a few stripped screws which were impossible to remove (trust me, I even tried using an extractor). After reassembly, it's a little bit better, mostly because I tightened down all the screws evenly (all the screws I could actually tighten down), but it's still pretty bad. This time I asked directly for an exchange, we'll see what happens. I have an older Crossover 27Q, and that one didn't have any build quality or bleed issues, it's actually pretty fantastic. Perfect panel, no bleed at all(!), no dead pixels (though I did purchase a perfect pixel one). Just wanted to jump on this new thinner, supposedly better made model. I'd like to hear from other purchasers to see if this is actually a running problem or if I have an isolated example that just happened to slip through QC.
EDIT: Also discovered a blue spot. That's fun.
I know it's hard to see, but I tried to photograph it as best as I could. It's faint, but there.Edited by phobos1393 - 6/27/13 at 8:35pm
