Thanks for the help, guys.

The main thing is, for the high end Z77 boards, I can find them used for cheap which is what I'm aiming to do. I don't want a board that was "cheap" to begin with and has nothing but basic features to make it work and looks awful. I actually had a Biostar TZ77XE4 when I owned my last Ivy Bridge setup but this time I'd like to try something better.

I'm going to keep my eye out for a Sniper 3. It just seems to be the ultimate mixture of power and features. Hopefully, I'll get lucky.

Aside from that, the Maximus V Formula looks great and the MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming board also has great reviews.

Looking past those three, all of which I can get for under $200 (if I can actually find the Sniper 3 that is), are there any others that compare for overall feature set such as overclocking, audio, PCI-E slots, high quality LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.?

I've been reading and doing comparisons all day and it's really tough to weed through all these boards. lol Most of them are basically identical aside from reliability and a few features. I'd like to find the ones that truly stand out from the pack. Just looking for ones that were most expensive at retail doesn't cover that as the majority of them, such as the ASRock Extreme 11 that cost $400, have horrible reviews.

Thank You. thumb.gif
