Help PSU Noise

I have the same noise as the link below. This guy had 2 units do it would you consider this a problem? like I know its annoying but will it damage pc

    Looks to me like the noise is being made by the PSU fan.  Try gently pinning the fan and see if the noise stops.  If the noise is the fan, it shouldn't damage your computer; it's just that with low voltage, the "inverted" drive transistor in the fan is going into oscillation.  On most cheap fans, the hall-effect sensor drives the first transistor, and the second transistor runs as an inverter off of the first one.  When there is insufficient power to turn the transistors on fully, they can go into audio amplification mode and may go into spurious oscillation as a result.

    If the noise is in fact the fan, there are ways (if you don't mind opening the PSU) to quiet the fan.
