Looking for a card that will cover my needs

Hello!
As you can see from my rig in the signature,i only have a HD 6850.My other system specs(to determine if bottleneck would occur or not) : Click to expand (Click to show)
i5-3570k @ 4.3Ghz(summer) @ 4.7Ghz (colder seasons) I like to keep my temps below 60 while gaming, that's why i have different OC for each season.
2x4GB G.SKILL Ripjaws X 1600Mhz
Asrock Z77 Extreme4 - SLI/CFX capable
HAF 912 Adv. - decent airflow
Seasonic G-650 - gold certified , i don't think i'll face any issues with any single GPU solution, probably dual GPU won't be much of a problem either.
I run a resolution of 1680x1050 but i want the card to be able to play at 1080p with no hiccups either.1440p would be my next monitor ,though that will be upgraded to one after 2-3 years.
Which brand?
I am not biased ,i look for the best performance/price ratio. But i have heard of bad frametimes on AMD cards (I experience it myself with my HD 6850) so maybe Nvidia would be the better option.Still, open to any propositions.
What do i want from my card? (performance wise)
To be able to play everything on max settings,AA isn't necessary, but it would be nice to have it on. Nothing below 55fps on the highest settings
with expected average of 70's . This,of course, exclude Metro LL because this game is impossible to be run on max settings with 60fps minimum.
Main games that i need to meet the requirement above:
Upcoming Battlefield 4,BF3 ,Rising Storm,Crysis 3 and all the visually beautiful games that are scheduled to be released in the next 1-2 years.
How long will i keep my GPU?
3 years i guess.I don't expect 3 years everything on full, but atleast 2 years with fully maxed graphics(still,AA excluded) . My HD 6850 is 2 years old and it's still going strong in most titles,i can run a lot of games on max settings with it without a problem.
Other requirements:
To be cool and overclock friendly. Not extreme OC,but let's say from 950 on the core to something like 1150-1200mhz with minimal voltage increase.Of course, that will depend on my luck, but still - something OC friendly
I won't run watercooled so i want to keep it cool while being cooled by the stock aircooler that comes with the card.
Budget:
Still not sure, but definetely pursuing the best P/P ratio.Something around 350-400$ would be the max I would go.
Second hand is probably OK,but not really prefered.(Of course,250-300$ max for a second hand card)
Last thoughs:
I'll be buying anytime during the summer. So this can mean even August,i'm not in a hurry.

You're going to be either looking at a GTX 770 or AMD 7970 Ghz Edition, AMD isn't expected to release their new 8XXX cards until the end of this year / early next year. Both cards are fairly evenly matched with the GTX 770 generally being a bit faster, but the AMD card has a bit better bundle and trades blows with the 770 in certain games.

Both cards should allow you to run high settings on every game, though a 60fps minimum is going to be a hard one as there are some tough games out there.

Yea,i have an eye on the GTX 770.I'm a bit afraid of that 2gb vram and memory bandwidth.I have seen many games maxing my 1GB HD 6850 Vram quite easily, while not even being on max settings.
Looking forward for 4th of July, because i have a relative in USA,she could get me a new GPU with the holiday discounts. If i see a GTX 770 going for 300$ on sale for 4th of July,i'll probably be all over it biggrin.gif

Get a HD 7970 OC or HD 7970 Ghz. the extra VRAM is useful with next gen consoles having massive 8GB RAM. next gen console ports would start pushing 2+ GB even at 1680 x 1050.
